Property Line Confirmation
Before any work begins, we collaborate closely with you to confirm the property lines. This ensures that your new fence is installed exactly where it should be, meeting local regulations and your expectations.
Excavation and Post Setting:
With the locations marked, we proceed to dig underground to set the fence posts. Using specialized equipment and precise measurements, we excavate each hole to the appropriate depth. Once the holes are prepared, we set the posts securely in place, ensuring they are perfectly aligned and level.
Concrete Installation:
To reinforce the stability of the fence posts, we use high-quality concrete to secure them in the ground. Our team meticulously pours and compacts the concrete around each post, providing a solid foundation that will withstand the test of time.
Curing Period:
After the posts are set in concrete, we allow a curing period of 24 hours. This allows the concrete to fully harden and bond with the surrounding soil, ensuring maximum strength and stability for your new wood fence.
Framing and Boarding:
Once the curing period is complete, we proceed to frame and board the new wood fence. Using premium quality materials and expert craftsmanship, we construct the framework and install the individual fence boards according to your chosen design and specifications.
Cleaning and Debris Removal:
As a final step, we thoroughly clean the wood fence and remove any debris or construction materials from the installation site. This ensures that your new fence is pristine and ready to enjoy from the moment it's installed.
